Hugh Chang Managing Director Hugh earned his B.Eng.in Electrical Engineering from Korea University in 1981 and had his M. Sc. Degree in 1990 from Bradford University in UK. Hugh had his education in engineering in Korea and UK and worked 17 years as an engineer in manufacturing industry. He started his venture in medical industry in 1999 when he started manufacturing of fiberglass cast tape and synthetic splint in Korea.
